Joint Venture

• Apex to provide the cabin and furnishings
• Landowner is responsible for approvals, transportation costs, and site preparation. Apex can assist with these through our network
• The hospitality net income will then be shared between the parties in line with the agreed proportions and contributions that each party has made.
• If the landowner chooses to take on more responsibilities such as the day-to-day operations, cleaning, etc then that counts as a contribution towards the venture and, therefore, the landowner takes home a bigger piece of the pie at the end of the day.

• The eco-pod remains the property of Apex Glamping and will be insured by Apex.
• The landowner must provide reasonable access to the site, security, and work with Apex to develop unique experiences and brand identity for the pod
• Apex will provide a comprehensive Book of Standards which the operator/landowner must adhere to. Apex can provide staff training and will look into ways in which the local community can be incorporated into this venture through upskilling staff and job creation

Apex Glamping is responsible for insuring the fixed asset (eco-pod) for the duration of the service agreement. It will be the client’s responsibility to cover general maintenance and public liability insurance, and general insurance of the contents of the eco-pod over this time.
